RV Resort at Lake Barkley

Permitted units: Class A motorcoaches (flat-front) only
LIMITED TIME: Select pull-behind units are also permitted — contact us to confirm eligibility before booking
Tent camping of any kind is strictly not permitted

Bungalows: Bungalows shown on the property are not included in rental stays. They are displayed for inspiration and ownership opportunities only.pportunities only.
Lot availability: As a private ownership resort, lot availability may occasionally change. If your assigned lot becomes unavailable, we will provide a comparable or upgraded replacement at no additional cost.
All guests will receive lot assignment details prior to arrival. Please do not assume lot availability without written confirmation from Lakeview Pointe.

A 50% deposit is required to secure all advance bookings
Bookings made within 10 days of arrival require full payment at time of booking
The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to arrival
Payment confirms your reservation and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Reservations are not guaranteed until deposit or full payment is received.

Cancellations made 10 or more days before arrival: $50 processing fee will be charged; remaining balance will be refunded
Cancellations made within 10 days of arrival: 50% of the total stay cost will be forfeited
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to manager@lakeviewpointe.com. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. Lakeview Pointe reserves the right to cancel reservations due to circumstances beyond our control, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Maximum of 2 pets per lot
No vicious breeds permitted on the property
All pets must be leashed at all times — maximum leash length of 6 feet
Pets are permitted in designated areas only
Pets are NOT permitted in: the Clubhouse, Pool area, or Bungalows
Pet owners are responsible for immediate waste cleanup at all times
Failure to comply with pet policies may result in removal from the property without refund.

Guests are responsible for the conduct of all members of their party
Quiet hours and community rules will be provided upon check-in
Lakeview Pointe reserves the right to remove any guest who violates property rules
Rates and availability are subject to change without notice
